Basic Information
The size of each part of the aluminum profile exceeds the tolerance requirements of the section drawing size of the profile. The size is out of tolerance; the usual size out of tolerance is: the wall thickness is out of tolerance, the outer diameter of the round bar and the round tube is out of tolerance, and the length (width) of the flat square tube is out of tolerance. Out of tolerance edges, out-of-specification profile angles, out-of-tolerance opening dimensions, etc.; most of the reasons are unreasonable size reservation during mold design, or deformation of the mold during extrusion, or the use of the mold for too long, or stretching and straightening It is caused by factors such as improper control of tensile rate;
Elimination method:
1) Establish mold files, and scrap molds with deformed molds, long use time, and excessive wall thickness; improve mold design and mold manufacturing processes;
2) For those with out-of-tolerance angles and out-of-tolerance opening dimensions, the mold working belt should be corrected to ensure that the aluminum profiles flow evenly;
3) When stretching and straightening, properly control the stretching amount; for aluminum profiles with openings, put appropriate pads at the openings when the chuck is used to prevent the openings from closing during stretching;
