A: Yes,special customized samples need to provide drawings.
 
Q: What is the thickness of the anodizing? Can you do 12um?
A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15 microns and above.
 
Q: How do you ship your goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Usually it takes 3-5 days to arrive. Air and sea shipping are also optional.
