This mixing machine is a raw material processing equipment, suitable for sintered brick production lines fired with clay, shale, coal gangue and sludge as the main raw materials.

Key Parts Description:
The mixing blades are cast made from wear resisting materials with its using life 4 times and above of the ordinary mixing blades, avoiding productivity reducing and uneven mix caused by mixing blades wearing, also avoiding some common problems caused by mixing blades changing, so that the using costs can be reduced and working efficiency can be improved.
Shafts materials: standard #45 carbon steel material, with its hardness of HB220-240 after thermal engineering treatment.
This machine adopts air clutch, starting with big capacity of load to minimize the main motor capacity and motor instant start current to reduce the affection on the grid, and has a protection effect for the machine elements. Its structure is compact withless weight, and can adjust the wearing clearance automatically, saving manpower and costs.
Bearing adopts domestic well-known brands: HRB, ZWZ, LYC.
