This machine is used for cutting the bricks from extruder according to the length requirement of bricks piece cutting machine to bricks section, and feed them into piece cutting machine, to meet different requirement of production technology, our company produces two kinds of different products: vertical section cutter, circular cutter . the machine may adjust the cutting strip length and cut the bricks strip automatically . the vertical cutter has the feature like vertical cutting, small stub, and high efficiency.

Structure & Working Principle
Working Principle
The extruded clay column moves to the portal frame and triggers the sensing switch.
The pneumatic cylinder drives steel wires to finish transverse cutting. After cutting, the portal frame opens automatically, and the cut mud column is conveyed out by high-speed rollers.
The reset mechanism resets the positioning pulley for cyclic cutting.
The mud column is positioned by guide plates and detected by photoelectric sensors.
The control system activates the separation cylinder and transmission mechanism.
The motor and reducer drive the pushing device for reciprocating motion, pushing mud columns through cutting wires to finish accurate brick slicing. The device resets automatically with braking and reset tension to prepare for the next cycle.
