Clay Hollow Block Cutting Machine System with 16 cuts/min capacity, 2.1m strip length, 300mm height and 600mm width cutting capability
The green brick cutting machine consists of three main components:
- Crank-connecting rod vertical cutting device
- Flat conveyor belt system
- Steel wire cleaning mechanism
The cutting process begins when the flat conveyor belt transports mud strips to the designated position. After photoelectric positioning confirms placement, the conveyor stops and the crank-connecting rod mechanism vertically cuts the mud strips into green bricks of required specifications. The cut bricks are then transferred to programming benches for grouping and loading.
Key safety feature: The steel wire tension device includes automatic alarm functionality for wire breakage detection.
