Working Principle & Structural Characteristics
The plate feeder operates through motor-driven transmission that powers the driving shaft via reducer. Sprockets rotate to move chains forward, with chain plates transporting materials. The adjustable gate controls discharge volume, while the scraper cleans residual materials. The optional mud stick ensures smoother material flow through motor-driven reduction.
