EV40 Small Vacuum Extruder for Handmade Clay Brick Factory

The EV40 small vacuum extruder is a compact and cost-effective brick forming equipment independently produced by BBT factory. It is specially developed to meet the production demands of small-scale and manual clay brick workshops, featuring small size, easy operation and low running cost.
 
This mini two-stage vacuum extruder adopts mature extrusion technology. It can fully knead raw materials like clay and shale, remove internal air under stable vacuum condition, and extrude uniform mud strips. The finished handmade clay bricks own solid texture and regular shape, effectively reducing defective rate.
With reasonable power matching, the machine saves energy and consumes less power. Its compact structure occupies small workshop space, convenient for installation and daily maintenance. Simple operation mode fits manual brick production work, no complicated professional skills required.
Suitable for small brick factories with limited investment and output demand, the EV40 extruder stably delivers 4000-6000 standard bricks per hour. It is an ideal entry-level brick making machine for small local brick production projects.
