Tunnel Kiln System Overview
Our flat ceiling tunnel kiln features a comprehensive automated system for efficient clay brick production. The integrated control systems ensure optimal baking curves and temperature management throughout the firing process.

The kiln features three doors at both ends with a preparatory room and cut-off door at the entrance side, effectively preventing cold air intrusion and maintaining optimal baking conditions.
Structural Design & Construction
Foundation System
Built on an entire board foundation with plain concrete cushion and reinforced concrete beam/board construction supporting the kiln walls.
Wall Construction
Pre-firing and cooling zones (below 200°C) utilize red bricks, while firing and insulation zones feature composite walls with primary/secondary refractory clay bricks, aluminum silicate fiber carpet, light clay insulation brick, aluminum foil, expanded perlite, and exterior red brick cladding.
Roof Structure
Combination structure featuring fire-retardant bricks, fire-resisting suspension bricks, 304 heat-resistant hooks, and I-beam hoisting beams. Composite thermal insulation includes refractory fiber blankets, rock wool blankets, aluminum foil, and thermal insulation mortar.
