The working principle involves a pair of counter-rotating rollers that crush bulk raw material into granular material
below 5mm, significantly improving material plasticity and uniformity for enhanced quality of extruded and sintered brick products.

Roller System Design
The rollers are supported by adjustable rolling bearings for optimal neutral positioning and support strength.
The moving roller utilizes pressure spring force application, allowing crushing pressure adjustment based on
different raw materials. When hard objects become stuck, spring compression prevents damage to the roller rings.
Both sides of the fixed roller feature screw adjustment devices to maintain proper positioning as roller
dimensions reduce over time. The moving roller interior includes limit screws to ensure adjustable roller
clearance with convenient, fast operation.
The roller ring and hub employ a separate structure connected by high-strength bolts, facilitating
maintenance and roller ring replacement. Manufactured from manganese steel, these components offer
exceptional wear resistance, high strength, and easy repairability.
