Working Principle & Structural Features
Motor-driven power transmission through reducer and gearbox drives two counter-rotating shafts with opposing stirring knives. This creates material tossing, shearing, and convective mixing while mist water spray system ensures uniform moisture distribution.
As materials progress through the sealed cylinder, density increases via compression, further enhancing homogenization. The screw reamer forces mud through wear-resistant mesh plates for continuous extrusion into subsequent production stages.
Key components include transmission motor, pneumatic clutch, hard tooth surface reducer, gear box, stirring tank, stirring shafts, sealing cylinder, extrusion reamer, compressor head, sieve plate, and hydraulic station.
