Power is transmitted from the motor through the reducer and gearbox to drive two shafts rotating in opposite directions. Each shaft features stirring knives with opposite orientations that toss, shear, and convectively mix materials while the water spray system applies mist water for optimal moisture distribution.

As the stirring shafts rotate, blades continuously homogenize raw materials and push them toward the sealing cylinder. Within the cylinder, material density increases through compression, further enhancing kneading effects between different mud materials. The screw reamer forces mud through the wear-resistant mesh plate at the discharge port, delivering prepared material to the next production stage.
