Features smooth workpiece surfaces with minimal resistance and exceptional wear resistance (52-56 HRC hardness). Scientific lead arrangement enables micro-pressure conveying and high-pressure extrusion, boosting efficiency while allowing repeated repairs to extend service life 4-7 times longer than conventional reamers.
Extruding Shaft
Floating shaft structure with automatic centering function ensures torque transmission without radial forces, protecting reducers and shafts. Eliminates equipment vibration from shaft bending during extended operation, reducing energy consumption by 15-30%. Heat-treated shaft hardness exceeds HB220.
Mixing Tooth
High-mold casting delivers 55-60 HRC hardness with service life six times longer than standard mixing teeth.
