Technical Design Features
Flat ceiling tunnel kiln design with complete operational systems including smoke discharging, cooling, heat releasing, and pressure balancing. Features entrance and exit doors with preparatory room and cut-off door to prevent cold air infiltration.
Construction & Materials
Red brick construction for pre-heating and cooling zones (below 200°C), clay refractory brick for baking zones, and comprehensive insulation using refractory fabric felt, rock wool felt, and high aluminum cotton.
Fuel Flexibility
Compatible with multiple fuel sources including coal, gas, and oil for firing clay bricks.
