Fully Automatic Clay Brick Tunnel Drying System
This industrial-grade tunnel drying system provides fully automated drying for clay bricks and hollow blocks, featuring advanced heat recovery technology and precision moisture control for optimal brick production quality.
Drying Chamber System & Construction
The drying chamber utilizes a tunnel dryer measuring 83.65 x 22.625 meters. Advanced heat recovery technology enables the system to capture and recycle residual heat from the tunnel kiln, transferring it to the dryer via heating fans. This energy-efficient process ensures optimal drying conditions while maintaining mechanical properties of the bricks.
Moisture Control System: Specialized moisture exhaust fans effectively remove moisture from green bricks, guaranteeing consistent drying quality throughout the production cycle.
Well-dried bricks are automatically unloaded from drying carts using the unloading system and re-stacked on the marshalling transfer bench. The stacking machine then transfers the bricks to kiln carts, which are transported to the tunnel kiln via ferry car for the final firing process.
Heat Source & System Components
The drying chamber operates using waste heat recovered from the tunnel kiln, supplied through an external pipe system. The comprehensive system includes airing, moisture exhausting, operation, and monitoring subsystems. All air brakes and adjustment switches are conveniently located outside the drying chamber for easy access and maintenance.
