Front Grid Mixer for Brick Minerals Processing
This double shaft paddle mixer efficiently homogenizes raw materials for brick production, improving material quality through intensive particle mixing. The equipment enhances extrusion pressure, increases raw material density, filters impurities, and reduces production costs by minimizing blockages in brick machine molds.
Working Principle and Structural Features
Powered by 220V/380V motors through reducer gear pairs, the mixer features two counter-rotating shafts with opposing stirring knives. This configuration creates rolling, shearing, and convection mixing actions while a water spray system adds moisture. As materials move through the sealed cylinder, compression increases density and kneading further homogenizes different material properties before extrusion through wear-resistant screens.
