BBT Clay Brick Production Line Automatic Plate Feeder
This heavy-duty plate feeder is engineered for transporting raw materials in clay brick production lines. It ensures continuous and uniform feeding from storage silos to primary crushers, supporting efficient material handling throughout the manufacturing process.
Applications & Installation
Widely utilized in large concentrator crushing workshops, cement classification, and building materials sectors. The feeder can be installed horizontally or at an inclined angle up to 20°, making it versatile for various industrial configurations.
Operating Principle
Powered by an electric motor through a reducer system, the feeder utilizes an eccentric mechanism and connecting rod for reciprocating motion. This drives the chain plate system for intermittent movement, achieving precise material conveyance.
