Product Overview
Clay refractory bricks with 30-48% alumina content, manufactured using clay clinker as aggregate and refractory clay as binder. These alkali-resistant insulating fire bricks offer excellent thermal performance for high-temperature industrial applications.
Material Composition
Primary clay minerals include kaolinite (Al2O3·2SiO2·2H2O), dickite, montmorillonite (Al2O3·4SiO2·6H2O), and mica minerals. Raw materials are categorized as hard clay (used as clinker after calcination) and light clay (used as binder due to excellent plasticity and sintering properties).
