Alkali Resistant Red Clay Fire Bricks for Tunnel Kiln Applications
Clay refractory bricks are manufactured using 50% soft clay and 50% hard clay clinker processed through mud treatment, molding, drying, and baking. Standard dimensions are 230×114×65mm, with custom sizes available according to customer specifications. These bricks are classified as weak acid refractory products, offering excellent resistance to acid slag and acid gas erosion while maintaining superior thermal shock stability for rapid cooling and heating cycles.
