Proper maintenance of the equipment to keep the equipment in good condition is a necessary condition to prolong the service life of the equipment and ensure the high-efficiency operation of the equipment. Equipment maintenance needs to pay attention to the following points:
1. The compressed air should be filtered to prevent the sand and dust in the air from entering the air pump and wearing out the air distribution slider and cylinder and other components.
2. The compressed air used should not exceed 0.8MPA after pressure adjustment, so as to avoid equipment overload and affect the service life of high-pressure hoses.
3. The high-pressure hose is not allowed to be bent strongly or crushed by heavy objects during use, so as to avoid damage to the high-pressure hose.
4. When working and resting, the air source should be disconnected, and the oiling gun should be pulled to drain the oil. Reduce the oil pressure in the equipment to prolong the service life of the high-pressure hose.
5. The oil injection pump needs to be regularly filled with lubricating oil at its air intake. Frequent filling of lubricating oil can effectively improve the service life of the reversing mechanism in the oil injection pump.
6. During the disassembly process, the parts should be handled with care to avoid scratching the surface of the parts and damaging the precision of the disassembled parts.
7. The oil should be kept clean, and impurities such as sand grains and iron filings should not be mixed.
8. Do a good job of cleaning and maintenance at ordinary times, and clean the entire oil circuit system regularly. For example, remove the nozzle of the oil injection gun for cleaning, remove the filter screen in the oil injection pump for cleaning, etc.
