Normally, the attached underlayment is used to give a comfortable underfoot and diminish moisture.Vinyl flooring with attached underlayment helps in eliminating the complicated and tedious task of rolling a separate underlayment to your interior space. It also makes vinyl flooring installation a lot easier and organized as you won’t have to worry about improperly placing a separate underlayment before placing the vinyl floors.

IXPE pad is made by polyethylene foam material. polyethylene itself is non-toxic and odorless.it does not contain any toxic auxiliary agent and uses a high-temperature foaming agent. IXPE has low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance. IXPE has high mechanical strength and long-lasting properties.

DENSITY: 33-133kg/m3 (kilogramme per metric cube).

THICKNESS: single layer sheeting of 1.0-15mm, and also laminating multiple layers of sheets up to 80mm.

WIDTH: produced in roll form of 0.150m- 1.8M, depending on width of your plank flooring

FORM of the finished product are converted into roll, sheet, laminated, die-cut and 3D glued, according to client's request.
