Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR70) O-Rings are copolymerized from acrylonitrile and butadiene, with acrylonitrile content ranging from 18% to 50%. This material is one of the most commonly used rubbers for oil seals and O-rings in industrial applications.
The acrylonitrile content directly influences performance characteristics - higher content provides superior resistance to petrochemical hydrocarbon fuels, while lower content offers better low-temperature flexibility. The standard operating temperature range is -25°C to 100°C.
