Aluminum Alloy H Vertical Wind Turbine 3KW Vertical Axis Wind Turbine Design
Multi Colors 3KW Vertical Wind Turbine , Small Wind Turbine Low Nosie For Power Generation
Vertical axis wind turbines are designed to be economical and efficient, yet quiet and efficient. They are great for use in residential areas, while HAWT is best for commercial use. There are two different types of vertical wind turbines. One is the Savonius rotor and the other is the Darrieus model. The first model looked like a 55-gallon bucket that was cut in half and the halves rested on a rotating shaft. The second model is smaller and looks more like a whisk. Most wind turbines in use today are of the Savonius model. We'll take a closer look at both types of turbines.

Wind turbines hold air in the hub, which turns it into a generator. Air passing through the wind turbine blades is rotated into the generator by rotational momentum. VAWTs have the following advantages due to the generally shorter blade:
- Two to three blades with a main rotor shaft running vertically – the more blades on a unit, the more wind energy it receives and the more efficient it is
- Less frequent use than horizontal wind turbines
- The position of the leaves in the VAWT is different. In this model, the base of the tower holds the generator, and the blades are then wound around the shaft. People use VAWTs because they can be placed closer to the ground, which allows them to be used in residential areas with good results.
- For vertical axis wind turbines, the rotor shaft is arranged in a vertical pattern
- VAWTs are easier to maintain and more affordable than horizontal units
- Some users have complained that VAWTs generate less wind energy, which can cause a lot of different noises to get into the heart.
- Turbulent airflow may also shorten the life of the system.
- Mounting the VAWT to the roof will result in doubling the wind speed for maximum wind turbulence and wind energy utilization.
Introduction Of Model
H Vertical Axis Wind Turbine Generator is a major type of vertical wind power generator products, for the H series, the output capacity covering 1kw-30kw,with voltage range of 12V/24V/48V/96V/120V/220V/380V.The default model has 3 blades which are made up of Aluminum Alloy, however, apart from the default blade options.Beijing Silk Road Enterprise Management Services Co.,LTD is able to customize the blade quantity as per client's need.In addition,it adopts three-phase Coreless Permanent Magnet Syncronous Generator, which comes with low starting torgue.
Feature
1. Low Start-up Wind Speed
2. Three Blades
3. One year Warranty
4. Flange Connection with easy installation
5. Certified with:CE, RoHS and ISO 9001 2000
6. High-efficiency coreless disc generator

Characteristics
In addition to the obvious advantages of reducing energy bills, other advantages of choosing a vertical wind turbine include:
Compared to horizontal axis wind turbines, they are stronger, smaller, quieter, more economical, and omnidirectional.
1. They can be arranged close to each other (unlike horizontal turbines), saving even more space.
2. They do not place too much mechanical stress on the support structure.
3. They don't need high winds to generate electricity, so they can be placed closer to the ground.
4. Because they are closer to the ground and their design allows mechanical elements to sit on their bases, they are easy to maintain, less likely to kill birds, and do not hinder helicopter operations or radar.
5. Their noise level is very low. On the ground at a distance of 10 meters from the tower, the recorded value of the horizontal wind turbine is about 95 dB, while at the same distance, the recorded value of the vertical wind turbine is only 38 dB.
