What is a printhead cleaner?
Printhead cleaners are cleaning solutions that are uesd to break down and dissolve dry ink that accumulates in the nozzles of inkjet peinters,regardless of brand of strength level.Depending on the type of ink used in the printer,these solutions may be detergent-based or may contain more
potent compounds such as ammonia and isopropyl alcohol.General-purpose water-based inks do not require very harsh compounds,but real inks often require an alcohol solution to make them transparent.regardless of the type ink,the cleaning solution passes through the printhead nozzles,breaking down and washing away ink particles and residues that can interfere with printer‘s funcioning.
Operation steps:The first step is to draw the cleaning liquid with a syringe,The second step is to connect the ink inlet hose,The third step is to inject the cleaning liquid into the printhead,The fourth step is to flush out the clean water,The fifth step is to soak and clean with a wipe,and then gently wipe the printhead.
