This professional MC4 crimping tool kit includes strip clamp, crimping clamp, and plastic spanner for installing MC4 solar connectors. Designed for 2.5-6.0mm² cable cross-sections, the kit provides complete assembly solutions for solar energy installations.

- Crimping clamp for terminal attachment
- Plastic spanner for final assembly
Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Cable Stripping
- Strip the insulating layer to length: 8±0.5mm
- Ensure wire cores remain intact during stripping
Keep cable cross-section flat during cutting. Cable outer diameter must be controlled within 5.8mm-7.2mm range.
Step 2: Terminal Insertion
- Insert stripped cable into terminal hole
- Ensure all wire cores are properly seated
Do not touch or adjust the terminal positioning angle during insertion.
Step 3: Crimping Process
- Push riveted pin into insulator until engagement
- Pull lightly on lead to verify secure connection
Step 4: Final Assembly
- Install cable gland by hand-tightening first
- Lock securely using plastic spanner or combination tools
- Recommended input torque: 2.5-4N.m
Fix connector front-end during production. Unscrew rear cover for cable access.
