Product Advantages
The position of hydraulic oil filter in the system has a great influence on the effect of pollution control. In the hydraulic system, the filter can be installed in the suction circuit, pressure circuit and return circuit as required, or outside the main system to form a separate filter system.
Oil suction filter:
in order to prevent pollutants from entering the pump, the oil suction filter is generally installed in the oil suction port or oil suction pipeline. The filter at the oil suction port is immersed in the bottom of the oil tank, which is easily blocked by pollutants and difficult to maintain. Therefore, the screen type or line gap type filter without shell is generally used at the oil suction port.
Pressure pipeline filter: the filter installed in the pressure oil circuit is mainly used to protect the hydraulic components downstream of the pump.
As the main filter of the system, its filtering accuracy shall meet the requirements of the system for oil cleanliness.
The pressure difference of pressure oil filter is not very strict, so high precision filter can be selected.
The maximum allowable pressure difference is generally 0.35-0.5mpa, and the initial pressure difference is 0.07-0.14mpa.
The strength of the pressure oil filter should be able to withstand the maximum working pressure of the system, frequent pressure changes and pressure peaks.
