Hybrid Ceramic Bearings with Si₃N₄ Ceramic Balls

Our hybrid ceramic bearings feature races available in GCr15 bearing steel, M50 steel, 440C stainless steel, and high-temperature resistant bearing steel. These are precision-matched with G5 grade silicon nitride balls manufactured using advanced GPS (Gas Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology. The bearings are completed with machined or injection-molded PEEK cages and double-sided or single-sided PEEK seals.

Hybrid Ceramic Bearings with ZrO₂ Ceramic Balls

These hybrid bearings utilize races in GCr15 bearing steel, M50 steel, 440C stainless steel, or high-temperature resistant bearing steel, combined with HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) hot isostatic sintered zirconia balls. The cage and seals structure mirror those used in our silicon nitride hybrid ceramic bearings, providing consistent performance across our product line.
