CSQ Hybrid Ceramic Bearings with Corrosion Resistance and High-Speed Performance for Long Service Life
Our hybrid ceramic bearings feature races available in GCr15 bearing steel, M50 steel, 440C stainless steel, and high-temperature resistant bearing steel. These are precision-matched with G5 grade silicon nitride balls manufactured using advanced GPS (Gas Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology. The bearings are completed with machined or injection-molded PEEK cages and double-sided or single-sided PEEK seals.
These hybrid bearings utilize races in GCr15 bearing steel, M50 steel, 440C stainless steel, or high-temperature resistant bearing steel, combined with HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) hot isostatic sintered zirconia balls.
