Description of 6802 All-Si3N4 Bearing:
1. Si3N4 races and balls: Are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed after HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology. So the porosity, wear resistance, crushing value and fatigue contact life have been greatly improved.
2. cage: has resistance to many kinds of acid and alkali and high temperature resistance, is a nice material for ceramic bearings' cage.
Performance advantages of 6802 All-Si3N4 Bearing:
Ceamic bearing in material of silicon nitride has a small volume density, light weight structure, resistance to dry friction self-lubrication, high fatigue life. They have high hardness 1580(HV5), are wear-resistant, resistant to a variety of strong acid, strong alkali, salt corrosion (in addition to hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid), non-magnetic, non-conductive, can work at about 1000 ℃, its service life is far beyond the same metal bearings several times to dozens of times, etc.
