Description of 6903Ce Bearing:
1. Si3N4 races and balls: Are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed after HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology. So the porosity, wear resistance, crushing value and fatigue contact life have been greatly improved.
2. cage: has resistance to many kinds of acid and alkali and high temperature resistance and its melting point is 327℃,so it can work in many situation as bearing cage.
Application of 6903Ce Bearing:
Silicon nitride bearings are suitable for high-speed, alternating load environment, so are usually use ashigh-speed spindle, electric spindle, CNC machine tool and motorized spindle bearings.
