Our HIP-zirconia balls are made by highly purified, sub-micron and after Y2O3 partially stabled zirconia powder material and are processed by AP (Atmospheric Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology. Through our special sintering technology for zirconia blanks, the porosity of blanks are reduced and the blanks are tighter. Our zirconia ceramic balls have high wear resistance, impact resistance and excellent chemical stability. At present, our company has production lines specializing in the production of high-precision ceramic balls, and our design annual output of ZrO2 Ceramic Balls can reach millions of pieces, which are suitable material for ceramic bearings of large size with high precision.
