They are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and are sintered by HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) technology. So there are less pore in the blanks, which is key point to grind G5 Grade Ø7.938mm silicon nitride balls . Our company has more than two production lines specializing in the production of high-precision silicon nitride balls in many sizes. Silicon nitride material has a small volume density, light weight structure, resistance to dry friction, low coefficient of linear expansion, self-lubrication, high fatigue life and excellent resistance to corrosion and high temperature is the preferred ball material for ultra-high speed and high precision ceramic bearings.
