Description of 6001 Ceramic Bearing (ZrO2 Races+Si3N4 Balls+PTFE Cage):
1. ZrO2 races: Are made by highly purified, sub-micron and after Y2O3-TZP stabled zirconia powder material, are processed by AP (Atmospheric Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology.
2. Si3N4 Balls: Are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed by GPS (Gas Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology.
3. PTFE cage: has excellent chemical stability, can resistant to molten metal sodium and liquid fluorine, to all kinds of acid and alkali resistance and organic solvent,can work in +250℃ to -180℃ temperature for a long time.
