Description of Ceramic Bearing 1210CE:
1. Zirconia races and balls: Are made by highly purified, sub-micron and after Y2O3-TZP stabled zirconia powder material, are processed by AP (Atmospheric Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology.
2. PFA cage: PFA is a reformed material of , its melting cohesiveness is enhanced and the viscosity of the solution is decreased, while the properties are unchanged compared with that of PTFE. The resin can be directly processed by ordinary thermoplastic molding.
