Description of Ceramic Thrust Bearings 51409:

1. Si3N4 races balls: Are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed by GPS (Gas Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology. 

2. PEEK cage: The crown structure cages are adopted British Victrex PEEK material and injection molded at high temperature, so have high strength, light body. PEEK material has similar corrosion resistance to ceramic materials, and has a good resistance to radiation, self-lubricating properties, a high degree of wear resistance and other characteristics.

Application of Ceramic Thrust Bearings 51409:

Silicon nitride bearings can maximun work at 1000℃, have high fracture toughness (6.1 MPa-m^1/2) and high hardness (1580 HV5), both have outstanding wear resistance, good resistance to many kinds of acid and alkali corrosion and excellent electric and magnetic insulation.
