Description of NU310 (Si3N4 races and rollers+Peek cage):
1. Si3N4 races and rollers: Are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed by GPS (Gas Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology.
2. Peek cage: Peek has high temperature resistance ( can work long time at 260 degrees) excellent mechanical properties, good self-lubrication, chemical corrosion resistance, flame retardant, peel resistance, wear resistance, not strong nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, radiation resistance, super mechanical properties can be used in high-end machinery, nuclear engineering and aviation science and technology.
