Hip-ZrO2 Ceramic Bearing Ball of Ø9.525mm With High Precision

Zhongxing Shiqiang Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. mainly produces ceramic rolling bearings and ceramic balls. At present, our company has two production lines specializing in the production of high-precision ceramic balls, and can produce customized HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintered  zirconia balls, our design annual output is 150,000,000 pcs ceramic balls / one year.

Our HIP-ZrO2 Ceramic Bearing Balls are made by highly purified, sub-micron and after Y2O3 partially stabled zirconia powder material, are processed by AP (Atmospheric Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology, so their porosity, wear resistance, impact resistance and resistance to fatigue contact life are greatly improved, to which is the ordinary zirconia material incomparable.
