Our silicon nitride ceramic bearing balls are made of highly purified, submicron powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and are sintered by HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) technology. Our company has more than two production lines specializing in the production of high-precision silicon nitride balls of routine size for ceramic bearings. With our recipe and technology advantages, our hot isostatic pressure sintered silicon nitride ceramic bearings can improve the bearings proerties. And because of the good properties of silicon nitride, bearings fitted with our ceramic balls can have less quality and higher speed.
