SSiC races and balls are made of highly purified, sub-micron silicon carbide material and are sintered by pressureless sintering method, so the free silicon and free carbon in the products are close to the theoretical values. And the silicon carbide material has many advantages,like Low density:3.15-3.18 g/cm3High strength and high hardness: 2800 HV5; Low thermal expansion : 4.0 (10-6/℃); High thermal conductivity:120 W/m°K; High elastic modulus: 410GPa;Superior chemical stability,resistance to acid and alkali corrosion (incld. hydrofluoric acid)

 

2. cage: has excellent resistance and high temp resistance, are resistant to molten metal sodium and liquid fluorine, all kinds of acid and alkali and organic solvent, can work in -180℃ to +250℃ temperature for a long time.
