Description of 6004 SSiC Ceramic Bearing:
1. SSiC races and balls: Are made of highly purified, sub-micron silicon carbide material, can resist corrosion by hydrofluoric acid, which is the most excellent ceramic material with the best corrosion resistance among the known materials.
2. PEEK cage: We adopted British Victrex PEEK material, PEEK material has similar corrosion resistance to ceramic materials, and has a good resistance to radiation, self-lubricating properties, a high degree of wear resistance and other characteristics. The peek cages are injection molded at high temperature, so have high strength, light body.
