Description of Si3N4 Ball Thrust Bearings 51409:
1. Si3N4 races balls: Are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed by GPS (Gas Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology.
2. PEEK cage: PEEK material has similar corrosion resistance to ceramic materials, and has a good resistance to radiation, self-lubricating properties, a high degree of wear resistance and other characteristics. And with our design and injection technology, the PEEK cage has good structure and light body.
