6000 All Ceramic Ball Bearings In Material Of ZrO2 or Si3N4 or SSiC

Description of All Ceramic Ball Bearing:

1. HIP-ZrO2 races and balls are made by highly purified, sub-micron powder material and are processed by  HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology, their properties are highly improved than common zirconia material.

2. HIP-Si3N4 races and balls are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder and are processed  HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology too. so their properties are highly improved after HIP process.

3. SSiC races and balls are made of highly purified, sub-micron silicon carbide material. The atmospheric pressure solid phase sintering method at a high temperature of 2250°C are used to produce SSiC (Sintering SiC), can resist corrosion by hydrofluoric acid, which is the most excellent ceramic material with the best corrosion resistance among the known materials.

4. Cage and seals: The material of cage can be chosen among PEEK, and Nylon, the material of seals can be chosen among PEEK, , Rubbers and stainless steel. PEEK and material has similar corrosion resistance to ceramic materials, and has a good resistance to many kinds of acid and alkali corrosion.
