Ceramic Ball Bearing 6004 In Material Of SSiC/Si3N4/ZrO2
Description of Ceramic Bearing 6802:
1. SSiC races and balls are made of highly purified, sub-micron silicon carbide material. We sintered the silicon caibide with pressureless sintering method, so SSiC material have well corrosion resistance, high strengthm high hardness.
2. Si3N4 races and balls are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed by HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology, which is the preferred material for ultra-high speed and high precision ceramic bearings.
3. ZrO2 races and balls are made by highly purified, sub-micron and after Y2O3 partially stabled zirconia powder material, are processed by HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology, so their porosity, wear resistance, impact resistance and resistance to fatigue contact life are greatly improved.
