Yixin Precision Ltd provides surface treatment - silk-screen
Silk screen printing refers to the printing of ink on products through screen printing. The color of ink can be customized according to customers' needs. Yixin Precision has made the same product with 6 colors, including black, red, blue, yellow, white and green. If you want the screen printing effect to last longer, you can also add a layer of UV after screen printing to prolong its life. Screen printing is suitable for all kinds of hardware and plastic materials, and can also be combined with surface treatment such as oxidation, painting, powder spraying, electroplating and electrophoresis.

Most CNC factories only focus on CNC machining, but are not good at surface treatment. If the surface treatment of parts does not meet expectations, it will not only increase the cost, but also affect the time to market of products.
YMP has rich experience in surface treatment of metal parts, and we will choose suitable surface treatment process according to different parts materials and uses.
The common surface treatments of YMP include: electroplating, electrophoresis, painting, powder spraying, sand blasting, polishing, shot blasting, laser engraving, etching, CD pattern, silk screen printing, wire drawing, blackening, anodizing, hard oxidation, thick film oxidation, micro-arc oxidation and so on. No matter what personalized requirements your parts need, we can meet them.

Q1: How can I get the quotation?
A1: Send your sample or drawings to us, and get the professional quotation immediately!
Q2: Can I get a product sample?
A2: Yes, of course. We will make a sample after you paid the setup cost. And we will take pictures for your check. If you need a physical sample, we will send you by freight collection.
Q3: What kind of file can you read?
A3: Various types of 2D or 3D drawings are acceptable, such as JPG, PDF, DWG, DXF, IGS, STP, X_T, SLDPRT etc.
Q4: What is your way of packing?
A4: Normally we pack goods according to customers' requirements. For reference: wrapping paper, carton box, wooden case, pallet.
Q5: How to deal with the faulty?
A5: Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
