The basic process of electroplating is to immerse the parts in the solution of metal salt as cathode and the metal plate as anode, and deposit the required plating layer on the parts by current. A suitable electroplating effect will make your products more fashionable and bring a better market with it. Most CNC factories only focus on CNC machining, but are not good at surface treatment. If the surface treatment of parts does not meet expectations, it will not only increase the cost, but also affect the time to market of products.
YMP has rich experience in surface treatment of metal parts, and we will choose suitable surface treatment process according to different parts materials and uses.
The common surface treatments of YMP include: electroplating, electrophoresis, painting, powder spraying, sand blasting, polishing, shot blasting, laser engraving, etching, CD pattern, silk screen printing, wire drawing, blackening, anodizing, hard oxidation, thick film oxidation, micro-arc oxidation and so on. No matter what personalized requirements your parts need, we can meet them.

We have stocks of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, magnesium alloy, titanium alloy, zinc alloy, nickel alloy, copper, steel, and so on.

Q2: How long can I get the sample?
A2: Depends on your specific items, within 3-7 days is required generally.
Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A3: Kindly please provide the product drawing in PDF, and will be better if you can provide it in STEP or IGS.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods is done, we take photos for your check and you then pay the balance.
For a small amount, we accept Paypal, and Paypal commission will be added to the order. For a big amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: Are you a trading company or factory?
A5: We are a direct factory with 18 experienced engineers and more than 150 employees as well approximate 7,500 square meters workshop area.
Q6: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A6: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you with better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed an order.
