Silk screen printing refers to the printing of ink on products through screen printing. The color of ink can be customized according to customers' needs. Yixin Precision has made the same product in 6 colors, including black, red, blue, yellow, white, and green. If you want the screen printing effect to last longer, you can also add a layer of UV after screen printing to prolong its life. Screen printing is suitable for all kinds of hardware and plastic materials, and can also be combined with a surface treatment such as oxidation, painting, powder spraying, electroplating, and electrophoresis.

1. Q: What’s your MOQ and payment term?
R: Usually the MOQ is 500, but we can discuss it in a different order. The payments are 30% T/T as a deposit, and 70% before delivery.
2. Q: How many kinds of products of aluminum do you have?
R: Our main products are aluminum profiles, sheet metal parts, CNC machining parts, steel parts, brass parts, plastic parts, etc.
3. Q: Do the prices of all the colors the same with the same surface treatment?
R: Not yet, about Powder coating, the bright-colored will be higher than white or gray; about the Anodizing, the color will be higher than silver, and black higher than colorful.
4. Q: Which way do you calculate the weight?
R: We can choose both theoretical weight and actual weight, based on the client's requirements.
5. Q: How do you solve the problem of quality?
R: First of all, we have confidence in our products, because we have our own raw material factory, and goods will be passed very strict inspection, of course, there is a little damage in the delivery which can’t be avoided. If you find lots of goods have a big quality problem and really be caused by our factory production, we can compensate for your loss by negotiation.
