Polishing is to make the product beautiful, and transparent, and to protect the surface. Polishing transparency is your very good choice. Hardware polishing can be divided into manual polishing, mechanical polishing, and electrolytic polishing. Electrolytic polishing can be used to replace heavy mechanical polishing, especially for parts with complicated shapes and parts that are difficult to machine by manual polishing and mechanical methods. Electrolytic polishing is often used for steel, aluminum, copper, and other parts.

YMP has rich experience in surface treatment of metal parts, and we will choose a suitable surface treatment process according to different parts' materials and uses.

Q1: Where can I get product & price information?

A1: Send us an inquiry e-mail, and we will contact you as we receive your mail.

Q2: How long can I get the sample?

A2: Depends on your specific items, within 3-7 days is required generally.

Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?

A3: Kindly please provide the product drawing in PDF, and will be better if you can provide it in STEP or IGS.

Q4: What are the payment terms?

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods is done, we take photos for your check and you then pay the balance.

For a small amount, we accept Paypal, and a Paypal commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.

Q5: Are you a trading company or factory?

A5: We are a direct factory with 18 experienced engineers and more than 150 employees as well approximate 7,500 square meters workshop area.

Q6: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?

A6: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you with better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed an order.
