Most CNC factories only focus on CNC machining, but are not good at surface treatment. If the surface treatment of parts does not meet expectations, it will not only increase the cost, but also affect the time to market of products.

Q2: Can I get a product sample?
A2: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid set up cost. And we will take picture for your check. If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q3: What kind of file can you read?
A3: Various type of 2D or 3D drawings are acceptable, such as JPG, PDF, DWG, DXF, IGS, STP, X_T, SLDPRT etc.
Q4: What is your way of packing?
A4: Normally we pack goods according to customers' requirement. For reference: wrapping paper, carton box, wooden case, pallet.
Q5: How to deal with the faulty?
A5: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i ncluding re-call according to real situation.
