Q1: Where can I get product & price information?
A: Send us an inquiry e-mail, we will contact you once we have received your mail.
Q2: How long can I get the sample?
A: Depends on your specific items. Within 3-7 days is required generally.
Q3: What do you need for quotation?
A: PDF STEP or IGS format needed for quotation.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A: We accept 30% as a payment deposit, we will take photos for you to check when the goods are ready, and then you can pay the balance. For small orders, we can accept Paypal, Western Union, and T/T. For big orders, T/T will be preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS or by sea. We will ship the goods as your requirements.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A: We are a factory with 18 years' experience in machining.
Q7: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you with better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if you have placed the order.
Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A: Of course.
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A: Yes, we will keep customer information, product information, and your drawing confidential.

A: The material we used for our product is environmental & safe.
Q11: Is it possible to know how my products are going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
Q12: What should we do if we have received the defective products?
A: Please send us the photos or videos, we will forward them to our engineers and QC department and solve the problems ASAP.
