Highland Hydraulic piston test bench brief introduction:
Highland Hydraulic piston pump test bench is designed and manufactured according to the national and industrial testing standards, which is suitable for the vane pump, gear pump, piston pump test of performance in single, double and multi-link of motor. This test bench is a must test equipment for enterprises of hydraulic pump production, application, maintenance or re-manufacturing.
Highland Hydraulic test bench is divided into five varieties: hydraulic piston pump test bench, hydraulic motor test bench, hydraulic valve test bench and hydraulic cylinder test bench and comprehensive test bench. This series of test bench has designed various configuration, for example: proportional control system, digital display system, variable frequency speed regulation system and computer measurement and control system etc. The user can select it according to your need.

1). Displacement checking testing : No-load Pressure,determination of displacement.
2). Volumetric Efficiency/Total Efficiency Testing: Under the rated conditions,test volumetric efficiency and total efficiency.
3). Overload Testing: Max.displacement,Nominal Speed,125% of the rated pressure, or max. pressure operation more than 1 minute
4). External Leakage: in the above testing, Check the leakage of sealing parts.
