Description:
 

The self-propelled scraper is composed of two parts: a tractor and a bucket truck, and the middle is connected by a hinge pin. Both the tractor and the bucket truck are single-axle, and its economical distance can reach more than 1500m. It has the advantages of high driving speed and is widely used. It is also divided into: ①Single-axle - the weight of the scraper and the weight of the soil in the bucket are transmitted to the tractor through the traction device; ②Dual-axle - the tractor does not withstand scraping Weight of machine and soil in bucket.

Forced unloading relies on the movable back wall of the bucket to push forward to push the soil out forcibly, and the soil is unloaded cleanly, but the power consumption is large; the rear bucket wall of semi-forced unloading is connected with the bottom of the bucket as a whole. The rear bucket wall is turned forward together, and the broken soil is discharged under the dual action of thrust and gravity, which can unload the soil between the two side walls; free soil discharge relies on the entire bucket to turn forward to pour out the broken soil, which cannot guarantee the soil. The unloading is clean, but the power consumption is low, and it is used for small scrapers.

Hydraulic oil
The suitable replacement period for hydraulic oil in a sealed tank system is 2000 hours, and more often if the hydraulic oil is contaminated with water or other external materials or subjected to abnormal operating conditions.
As a general recommendation, the 10µ inlet oil filter should be replaced every spring or every 1500 hours (whichever occurs first) on a sealed tank system, or in an open tank system with an air filter fill cap. The oil filter should be replaced every 500 hours.
Heat Exchanger
The heat exchanger core and fins are kept clean at all times for maximum cooling and system efficiency, and the exterior of the heat exchanger is checked daily for blockages and cleaned as needed.
