(1) Main application:

Mainly used for infusion glass bottle filling stoppering capping

(2) Working principle:

The glass infusion bottle enters the filling part in the way of fixed distance and bottle separation after passing the bottle feeding track and twisting into the bottle. The filling is measured by the principle of time and constant current. The filling amount is set and adjusted by the touch screen, and the measurement is stable and accurate.

(3) Performance characteristics:

A, filling station adopts the principle of constant pressure time measurement, filling response time precise fine-tuning (can be controlled in 0.01s), the load can be easily set and adjusted through the touch screen, the on-off valve adopts German pneumatic valve. Accurate filling measurement, the equipment can achieve no bottle no filling, filling pipeline can achieve in-place cleaning/in-place disinfection (CIP/SIP);

B. The liquid level in the filling and storage barrel is automatically controlled, which can realize the automatic filling of the filling barrel;

C. During the filling process, the mechanical parts have no compulsory friction, no particle pollution, and meet the requirements of GMP;
